This is a development concept that converts the fragmented messy landscape of sheds into a number of affordable homes. As a result, we create a safe car-free street where a quiet living environment is created from head to tail. to continue the concept of the neighborhood of separate housing. The building is designed in such a way that it looks as if they are separate houses instead of 1 large building block. 10 Apartments are created. Developer: DDEP Investments

An empty plot with several sheds is developed into 10 apartments for 2-3 people in one household. Open gardens and a shared trottoir are implemented to create shared spaces.
